Every project starts with a walk-through: we measure the rooms, check the subfloor for flatness and moisture, and talk through how the space is used. You get a written estimate that spells out materials, removal, prep and installation.
On install days the same crew handles removal of the old floor, subfloor prep, the new floor, transitions and stair details, so there are no hand-offs between trades. Ancillary work such as baseboard reinstallation or stair nosing is handled as part of the flooring scope.
